This session is lighter on workout, heavier on understanding you:

- Goal-setting: fat loss, strength, performance, lifestyle

- Health & injury history

- Movement screen and basic tests (what you can/can’t do comfortably)

- Baseline metrics as appropriate (weight, photos, measurements—optional)

Outcome: you’ll leave with clear targets and an agreed plan for week one.

4. Personalized Program Built for You

Based on the assessment, I'll design your training and (optional) nutrition plan:

- Workouts tailored to your goals, ability, and schedule

- Progression mapped week-to-week

- Nutrition guidance matched to your lifestyle

5. Training Begins + Check-Ins

Start sessions, track progress, and adjust as you go:

- Coaching cues, proper form, and accountability

- Simple habit goals between sessions

- Regular progress reviews (photos/metrics optional)
